The Control Panel and its contents are intended for the use of our contracted clients only. By entering the Control Panel, clients agree to indemnify By Design Publishing Inc. from all damages resulting from the misuse of the Control Panel. Further, content errors or visual glitches caused by misuse or failure to follow posted warnings cannot be held against By Design Publishing Inc. Unauthorized entry attempts will be considered trespassing and will be prosecuted.

PRIVACY POLICY

By Design Publishing Inc. has made every attempt to ensure your privacy. Our site is secured using 128 bit encryption through the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.

To verify you are secure, you can look at your URL in your browser. The first part should say https:// instead of http://. When logged in securely you can view our site certificate, which has been securely signed by a third party to guarantee its authenticity. If your browser shows a little picture of a lock on its status bar, click it to view our secure information.

Cookies are used on this site in order for the Control Panel to remember that you are logged in. They are not used to track you in any other way. Disabling cookies will also disable this site, and you will not be able to use your Control Panel.

Your personal account information is never shared with anyone other than Twenty-Two Five Publishing employees who may be viewing it to assist you. Your information is never sold or given to marketers. As a client of By Design Publishing Inc., you may occasionally receive e-mail or promotional mail to announce new features or new additions to our site.

By Design Publishing Inc. maintains a strict anti-spam policy. We contact only potential clients who have signed up through our Web Site, or who have expressed an interest in our products at a trade show by giving us their business card or otherwise contacting a salesperson. If you wish not to receive e-mail or other contacts, please ask, and we will remove you from our database.

Mailing lists, contact lists, and lists of clients provided to By Design Publishing Inc. are never used for any reason with the sole exception of sending a By Design Publishing Inc. product on our client’s behalf. Your database is kept private and secure and will never be given, sold, or read by anyone other than By Design Publishing Inc. employees in the duties they are assigned when providing service to you.

Your billing information is stored in our database, encrypted with a 1024 bit PGP private key. This is the same level of encryption used by government agencies and is considered one of the strongest available. Billing information is transmitted securely to our credit card processor over an SSL encrypted channel.
